Carol Liew is the founding Managing Director of ECCA Family Foundation, where she leads philanthropic grants and impact investments to drive systemic change in ocean sustainability, biodiversity, and underserved communities. She leads ECCA’s collaboration with NGOs, impact businesses, and ecosystem builders to scale locally led solutions through flexible capital strategies, bridging philanthropy and investment to maximize impact.

With 15 years of experience in impact-driven philanthropy and international development, she previously shaped strategic giving and established ECCA as Head of Philanthropy at North-East Family Office. Earlier, she spent nearly a decade managing multi-million-dollar programs across eight Asian countries, focusing on climate adaptation, sustainable livelihoods, and resilience.
